Kittys we are strong when we stand together, please goto this site on Care2 to read more. They only need 1000 signatures, mommy bean was #240 on March 15 and there are only 467 signatures so far!

Beijing is rounding up cats and putting them in cages the size of microwave ovens where they are left to die so that there are no stray cats on the streets during the Olympics.



All the kittys in this house were strays, so we knows that those kittys need a chance and a voice!

    I signed the petition. I find it unbelievable that the government spread a rumor that cats carry SARS so the people wouldn't try to protect the cats.

    We are signing as many petitions as we can. We do NOT like the Chinese government, not ONE BIT!!!! They kill cats, they kill Tibetans, they are evil! We also support a boycott of the Olympic Games.
    Which of course will not help anybody as long as this government is there....

    This is not the first time the Chinese have shown cruelty to cats ~ they've killed thousands of tigers in the past and still employ horrible pratices like tiger farming and use of animal parts in their traditional Chinese medications (including tiger bones and rhinoceros horns) that is driving many species to extinction!

    Yeah, this makes us sick, to think of all those kitties dying so horribly. So many of those countries over there butcher dogs and cats and eat them. We're lucky we have homes.
