Today marks one year since TT was helped to the bridge. The mom's heart aches a bit still but she knows that TT is so much better now that she isn't so sick.

I am here for the celebration. I'll take a nice cup of tea, but I'm not so sure about the cake. Oh, I know that it's a real cake with Tootsie Rolls and stuff, but back when I used to clean litterboxes, it used to make me barf half the time. TT was such a special cat, with tons of personality, that the good times with her must be very memorable.

What a lovely celebration! We didn't get to meet TT, we came along right after she left for the bridge. We know we would have loved her just like every kitty did.

What a wonderful celebration of TT's life! It's hard no matter how much time has passed, but just remeber all of the joy she had brought you while she was yours! And, I can betchya, TT is playing with Scooter, RIGHT NOW!!! Our purrayers are with you (and TT) today! :o)
ReplyDeleteI would say the first anniversary is the toughest, but I haven't gotten to the second one yet for Pooh Bear so we'll see if that's true or not. Meanwhile Trouble can't wait to roll in the catnip!
ReplyDeleteWe are here to celebrate TT. She went to the Bridge before we joined the CB, but during this time last year we were saying goodbye to our own family members as they went to the Bridge. They and TT will never be forgotten. I hope they are all playing together and watching over us.

ReplyDeleteYes, I definitely think David will have greeted the ones who came before, including TT! He loved cats very much. He's probably still saying "Hi" to cats at the Bridge, coz he wouldn't want to leave anycat out! :) xxx
I have been thinking about you much this week dear TT. Today I walked through the kitchen and guess what happened!!? As I passed by the hutch, your photo fell down from where it was tucked into the side of the glass door onto the counter top!!! I was sure she blew me a kiss from heaven and I tucked the photo back in...today was a good remembrance day indeed...she made sure of it here at the cozy cottage.
