Update to the Raffle and Auction

First, I would like to thank the two wonderful Angels of the Cat Blogosphere (I will let them tell who they are if they would like.) who generously donated to get Spunky and Baby's ashes home TODAY!! Their donations along with the raffle ticket purchases have done what we wanted to do - bring the kittys home to their mommy for Christmas!

The raffle is still on of course because Katherine needs food not only for the cats but for her mom and herself too, as well as a huge vet bill and some heaters to keep warm.

So far the auction has two bids on the Cat Purse - Spirit and Ezra bid $20 and Pixel bid $10.

UPDATE on Raffle

The mom just called (2:30 pm est) Pet Traditions Memorial Center so dat Baby's Ashes can go home for Christmas! With that bill paid we still need to raise about $170 more dollars to get Spunky home as well. The mom is finkin dat if we don't get any bids for auction items we may raffle those off as well.

So the mom found stuffs to put up to help Katherine and her kittys. Yoo see Baby and Spunky has both gone to the bridge this year and their mom has not been able to take their ashes home yet (acuz of no day huntin place). We all fink dat a kitty no matter here or at da bridge should be wif their beans, so we helped the mom find fings to put up fer raffle and auction.

Raffle

The mom crocheted this herself. Its a bootiful peachy orange and white colour. I fink it wud make a puuuuuuuuurfect blankie fer sum kitty! It measures 17 inches by 17 inches.

$2.00 USD per ticket. All folks are encouraged to enter, but remember dat yoo wud has to pay fer shipping. The mom is not sure she has set up the paypal fing correct but if it doesnt please email her at ttgrrl AT gmail DOT com (yoo know squish and lose words wif dat).

The mom's treasured Crazy Cat Lady Figure (played wif once by my bean girl).

This is a 3 piece set. The shirt is beige made by Giovelli size Medium (the mom says it looks a bit bigger than that though)Ramie/polyester/rayon material. The jacket and skirt are 35% wool, made by Kim Rogers, size 10.

This two piece set is size large made by My Michelle (made in the USA). It's a nice grey stretch material wif butterflies. The mom says it has a sexy look to it, cuz it has slits on both sides of the skirt.

Two pieces, pants and tank, made by Doncaster size 8 (Made in the USA) says Dry Clean only (the mom says woolite and gentle cycle and drip dry work just as well) . The tank has a zipper down the left side and is lined. The pants have hook and eye closures and pockets.

So heres the deal, the raffle we has a paypal button up fer (acuz Katherine and kittys dun has one yet). The tickets are $2 a piece and we will ship it anywhere as long as any out of the USA winner is willing to pay shipping.

She has been busy lookin fer fings to put up for bids to help Katie help her mom gets green papers to help get Spunky's ashes home. The mom says every kitty even rainbow bridge kittys need to be wif the beans dat love them. Okay soooo grab sum nip and a bean and lots watch sum Christmas stuffs...

These are me on top real high up. See my laser eyes? Well those are for the mom and for that woofie Jake! I do not like that she has been slacking on our blog, TT wud be upset wif her fer sure!

As far as Jake goes, I still dun like him much. His bref smells like poop, he makes a icky noise when he washes himself (slurp slurp slurp chew chew chew and put those two sounds together wif a sucky machine sound and yoo has Jake!), and he still wants to PLAYPLAYPLAY!

Secret Paws! We gotted all the items fer our Secret Paw wrapped and sent in da mail today. At least she got that done ( only ONE day late ) in the mail. *sheesh*

And the mom still has shoppin ta do fer Christmas and guess what, she hates goin to hunting stores this time of year! heh heh Yoo snooze yoo lose the mom!!

I's been lurkin bout listening in to fings around here and yoo wud not believe what I has heard!

• NO BITE Trooder, NO BITE! (Uh hai the mom, we is not woofies we dun respond to dat!)

• My bean girls purrthday is Saturday (this week) and the mom hasn't gotten a gifty fer her yet. WTP?? My girl deserves a gift the mom, yoo better hurry it up!

• The mom is kinda depressed, this month. Sumfin bout 5 years since her friend ::whispers:: took too many pills to kills himself while talkin to da mom AND acuz she doesn't has a day hunting job and her savings is bout gone. We's been puttin lots of furs on her stuff and purrin lots round her to gives her da hint dat it's okay.

• I heards the big male bean say "Um what did Jake eat? He just threw up stuff." Apparently upon inspection of said yak, Jake ate : a piece of onion (where he gots that we do not know), sum beads from the tree, and can yoo believe he ate more CAT POOP?

Thursday 13 # 32 - Snoopervising the Tree

Here is how to snoopervise when the mom is puttin up da tree (wif no help).

1) First inspect da box fer fings. I am not sure what fings but jus do it anyway.

2) Make sure yoo look up every once in awhile to make sure da mom is doin her job.

3) Hide under finngs in da box so dat the mom questions what yoo is doin
(yoo gotta keep em on their bean toes!)

4) Give the mom the raspberry when she
questions yoo on what yoo is doin.

5) Make sure yoo is watchin fer evil woofies
dat like to sneak up on yoo.

6) Always remain regal lookin, after all dats what a mancat should be like.

7) Make sure yoo send in the other mancat to watch the alien blurpy,
as yoo has more impawtant stuff to do.

8) After all the snoopervisin yoo can relax

UNLESS ....

9) The mom pulls out da singin VISHUS DEER!

10) Make sure yoo hide under da tree to snoopervise the decorating.
11) Tell the woofie dat the tree is KITTY zone only and we is watchin!
12) Inspect all da empty boxes to make sure the weird smells is gone.
13) Taste test da tree to make sure it has yer smells on it.

Whew, well dats a long day fer me, I is goin to nap now!

Mancat Monday w Troo(der)

Hello Kittys!

The mom lady bean has been busy doing something called shopping. Do you know that you can shop right from where you sit? She does a good job of it we all think, because she hasn't thought about doing the blog today. Well, Shadow and I sat down with her and had a talk. We rarely blog except on Mondays so we think she really needs to keep up with that.

Molly said we should put the bitey on the mom lady bean for forgetting. I give her bites anyway just because I CAN! hehe


So todays Mancat Rule is : When the mom lady bean has shopping to do, nap and then nap some more! (After you let her know she has to keep up with your Mancat Monday blogging!)
