A mommy woofie in Ohio fostering a baby not of her own species ...

She is fostering this guy for another mom who couldn't take care of him. He had his eyes closed, but now they are open. He is just a little bigger than her other pups. She loves this little guy more than the other puppies and she is nursing him back to health. He is the cleanest puppy ever because she licks him all the time.

Mancat Monday (with Fatty)

Here I am with Fatty, I walked over to Mommy to say hi and she wasn't quick enough to catch my full mancat body in the flash box. - Shadow



I think Shadow is a great mancat! I do whap him sometimes to remind him that us girl kittys are always in charge. - Fatty

Fatty Update:

Fatty has taken to sleepings in the basement in my old cat bed. Mommy Bean puts it down there for her to keep warmer.

Fatty still gets fed in her special bowls and even waits patiently in the mornings for her own stinky goodness which Mommy Bean gives her at the top of the stairs by our door.

Fatty still loves her blankie that Tiki and Tavi gaves her for her Secret Paw gift.

Fatty has been coming in for longer and longer periods of time now. The pictures above show her just after she played with Shadow and right before she rubbed her smells all over the bathrooms.

Fatty still is scared by louds noise and fast movements, maybe thats why she loves Mommy Bean so much - Mommy usually is quiet and doesn't move fast around us kittys.

Mommy Bean gots to hold Fatty the other day whiles she was in the basement. Fatty didn't wants Mommy to puts her down, but Mommy was tryings to get the wash down.

Fatty loves Temtayshuns. She does not like to eats them in the house though. Mommy Bean puts them by her bowl in a special plate so Fatty has them when she wants.

We's Inspiring!

The wonderful Mickey thinks we are inspiring! So much so he passed this award on to me. I didn't know we had inspired others but it's goods to know.

I will pass this along to other caring and inspiring kittys.

Coon v. Cat

Update

Thank you's all so much kittys!!! Your purrs mean alots to me. I can think of other kittys that may need it more but I still loves that you loves me.

I went's to the V-E-T and boy I was scarit. I shook and I shook whiles on that cold table. I also figured I'd find a good place to hide. While Mommy was standing there, I reached up and climbed inside her jacket, up and around her back and sat there. I thoughts it was good enoughs cuz it was dark and next to Mommy.

The V-E-T was nice. I likes him, I just don'ts like going there. He poked arounds my belly, which made me feel uncomfortable. They ran tests on my tootsie rolls - how embarrassing! So now I had to waits for the test to comes back which took like a squillion hours.

The good news is that the tests came back with nothing wrong. Although the V-E-T said that it perhaps is a food allergy to the fish I ates the other day or it could be cuz I force Mommy Bean to change my foods every other month. What can I say I have her trained well and I's picky what I eatted.

So Mommy Bean has to keep a close eye on my litter box to see if it clears up. If it doesn'ts then I has to go back. I hopes it was just the fish though.

Mancat Monday

Mommy Beans and the Big Male Bean haded fish for dinner. She says they tried to make its like the British Fish and Chips. It was almost as good she said but because we's at home, it wasn'ts the same.

And then's She gaves me some.

I didn'ts leave any left in my bowl. I even hads her give some to Fatty.

Why I am not as cranky as you think

1. I have been very nice to TT.
2. I have not whapped TT in a squillion days.
3. I have napped on Mommy Bean's sleep spot with TT there too.
4. I have ignored TT as she walked by me while she hissed at me.
5. If I really didnt like TT I would have whapped her while I ran by her.
6. I am not so cranky because I am once again napping on Mommy Bean's sleep spots.
7. I have been given a bad name because TT doesn't like me.
8. While it is true that I do not like her being an interloper, I am ok with her living here.
9. I have more to worry about Shadow and how he drools over that Fatty cat.
10. Mommy Bean has been petting me more now that I am nice.
11. The big male bean has been scritching me lately.
12. I have been studing how to be nice by reading another kittys blog.

Lazy Sunday,awards and meme's

Poor Mommy Bean's she means well latelys but she is so tired sometimes. I's been makings sure she gets sleep and I has been keepings her nice and warms. I have moved my sleep spot from next to hers to on her pillows, she seems like she needs more rooms any ways.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

After waking Mommy Bean at 6 hundred o'clock this morning, only so I could gets my *NEW* delicious stinky goodness, I's went back to her sleep spot. I didn'ts share it with her though cuz she was up and making some of that dark hot liquid that most beans drinks in the early mornings. She dids come sit with me after she ates her stinky goodness.

Why Mommy Beans sleep spot is the bestest

1. It smells like her!
2. I feel safe there.
3. I defeated the evil white blanket there (finally).
4. It's a soft place to nap.
5. It is very warm after Mommy Bean leaves her sleep spot.
6. I get's to snuggle with Mommy Bean (and sometimes the big male bean).
7. Molly doesn't bother me when I am on Mommy Beans sleep spot.
8. It's a quiet place, I don'ts like noise much.
9. Her sleep spot means I am always close to her, even if she isn't here.
10. I am the happiest there. I always run for her sleep spot when I's scairt.
11. Mommy Bean always knows where's to finds me.
12. I get's to watch all the action without being seen.
13. I stay unseen which is what I like most times.

Mommy bean note: Molly never did make it outside the house when she got lost last week. She did get in the basement and refused to come out. The oil on her fur was removed with dish soap (the big male bean used to work haz mat removal). I believe that Fatty chased her out of her domain - the basement.

Why I got lost for a squillion hours

Molly here, taking over the trolls blog for today.

I guess everyone knows that I got lost from the house the other day. I would like to explain my adventure to everyone.

You see my bean girl had another little bean over and she NEVER closes that out place barrier. So imagine Shadow and my excitement when she again, left the door wide open for us to investigate. Shadow was excited because he could go look for that other girl cat *yack* that he likes.

Anyways, he and I went out the door and down the stairs to a very dark and cold area way far away from our house. There was no other way out or any where else to go. I was scared and remained hidden for what seemed like a squillion days. Shadow left me after a bit and I gotted scared.

I thought I heard my mommy and the big male bean call for me but because I was without food for so long I thought it was my head playing tricks. I even heard them shake the cat nip treat jar - so I thought. Wow, it was hard to starve and remain aware of whats going on.

I napped alot while I was there. It was cold and dark and it did not smell like my house at all. I did get a faint sniff of my mommy but she wasn't there. Where was she??

Next things you know that Fatty cat found me and chased me outs of the dark place. I ran and ran. Next thing you know, I had gotted to an area where I smelled and heard mommy. The big male bean opened the out place barrier and I ran inside.

I was never so happy to be back home! Shadow gave me a big kiss, mommy was talking really sweet and the big male bean offered me some nip. He also washed some stinky oily stuff off my back furs where I can't reach.

Kittys, never go outside your homes if you aren't with someone you know!

Awards and thank yous

Molly disappeareds the other day for like a squillion hours. The beans were up till 430 o'clock in the mornings lookins for her. Mom sat down with Fatty and asked hers to send Mollys home. By 5 o'clock am Molly's was at the door wantins to come in. Fatty saveds the day!!

Mommy Bean has been very sick, so she hasn't been up's to helpings me with the blog but she said she's startin to feel like a hu man bean again. I first thoughts it was the alien growing in hers that made her's sick but it was some sort of infection the doctors all had missed. Anyways now I am back and readys to go!! Thank you everyones so much for the well wishes and purrs for my mommy bean.

Listen up Beans!

It has comes to my attention that some of you's do not listen to us kittys very well. So here with the helps of the internets and some studies I have comprised a wee list of what WE are trying to tell you's beans.

You beans use your vocal communication way more than us kittys. We kittys like to use scent, body language, facial expressions and touch as our primary form of "talking". Now we's know that you beans do not understand our language so we tries to vocalize more to let you know our requests demands.

What it boils down to beans, you must watch and listen to us kittys to learn our communication with yous. Each of us kittys are differents but this list may help you beans understands us a bit mores.

Vocals

• Short meow - this usually means "Hi"
• multiple meows - we are excited to see you's
  
• mid pitch meow - we are asking you for somethings
• long drawn out mrrrrrrrowwww - we's demands somethings
• low pitch Mee Rooww - we's complainings
• high pitch Rooowww - we's are angry or are in pain
• chatter - we's are excited or fusterated cuz that bird or mouse is not close enoughs to us
• chirup (a meow and purr) - extra friendly greetings
• purr - we's invitings you for more attention or pets to be given to us

Body Language

• Tail straight up means we's happy
• twitchy tail means we are anxious or exciteds
• slow blinky eyes means we trust you, we's givings affection like when beans blow a kiss
• dont stare at us kittys, it makes us uncomfys and it tells us that you are being assertive or aggressive
• when our ears are back we's alarmed
• we's have a greeting ritual which is rubbing our head, flank or tail against you beans or another animals
• we do head butts to show we love you's and that we's friendly
• when we sniff spot 13 or faces it means we are confirming your identity
• when our ears are back against our heads it means we are fearful and anxious

Friday Catch up - tattle tails

With Mommy Bean either busys or sick, I don'ts have time to writes. It really stinks but I's know that Mommy Bean has been very sick lately so it's hard for her to helps me.

I wanteds to report that Fatty still loves her blankie. No matters where Mommy Bean puts it Fatty finds it and sleeps there. Mommy caught her late last nights, sitting and purring away on her blankie, we tried to gets Fatty to comes in but she didn'ts want to. She did thoughs gets some temptayshuns which she loves!

Mommy Beans is very lazy lately, she still has the Santa Claws tree up and really needs to take it down.

Shadow has been busy with either playings with the dragonfly toy Adan sent us or laying on his blankie rolling with the nip ravioli.

Molly has been nicer to me, we even sat next to Mommy Bean the other day while she was nappings. Molly really loves her blankie too and says ALL kittys should has one!

Mancat Monday

We gotted our Secret Paw package

When Mommy Beans came home she saw the man in bloo dropped somethings off for US kitties! Tiki from Camie's Kitties sent us a GINORMOUS box of stuffs.

Mommy Bean haded to take out all the lovely packages for us, we waited patiently as she did so.See all that stuffs? Molly gotted the pink blanket, I gots a purple one, Shadow gotted a light blue one and even Fatty gotted a pretty dark blue blanket. We also had some mousies, a fev-ver toy, rolly toys, an awesome NIP Ravioli ,primo cat nip and kitty milk. Fatty gotted a special treat of temtayshuns!We let Shadow play with the Nip Ravioli first and boy he liked it ! He liked it so much that he had DROOLED all over it. Mommy was laughing so hard cuz it was soaking wet and he wouldn'ts let her take it away. These pictures show him with the ravioli.

Molly and Shadow then played with the mousies in the kitchen. See the nip ravioli? Shadow said Molly could play with it and she said "ewwwwwwww, you drooled over it all!" so she lefted it there.



Mommy Bean then broke out the primo nip and OMG it was GOOD!! Here Molly and I are showing our approval bys eatting right out of the container, held by Mommy Bean.



I then decided it was time to try outs my new purple blankie. It is the most comfortable blankie, that I fell rights into a nap.



THANK YOU'S Tiki and your bean for all the greats stuff!! We didn'ts expect to have such wonderfuls gifts.
